Sweet Betrayal
Run run run!
Hide hide hide!
The terrors never cease,
your mistakes never change,
and the ends never meet the purposes.
You protected that which spelled your doom,
You saved its beautiful smile.
You gave into that sinful temptation,
And it now drives the stake through your heart.
As you stare into the eyes of your murderer,
You hear the mournful march
Beating along the drums of your comrades.
Your Sweet Betrayer joins them
Shedding hypocrite tears,
His hands tainted
with the blood you spilt for him
Drip, drip, dripping away.
